Allison O’Donnell
Project Manager
Allison O’Donnell brings a background spanning translational medicine, dermatology research, and clinical science to the Cosnetix team. She is a graduate student at Yale University in the Personalized Medicine & Applied Engineering program and a Michigan State University alumna, where she developed an early interest in evidence-based health research and applied innovation.
At Yale, Allison is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Johnston Lab within Yale Dermatology, where she is involved in research at the intersection of skin biology, functional genomics, and translational medicine. That experience gives her direct exposure to how dermatology research can move from scientific investigation toward real clinical and patient-facing impact.
In addition to her research background, Allison has also worked in clinical-science settings and brings strong project management and operational discipline to the team. At Cosnetix, she helps drive execution across team coordination, external opportunities, and day-to-day operations, contributing a combination of scientific credibility, organization, and professionalism that strengthens the company as it grows.
