Diana Salha

CEO & Co-Founder

A woman with long brown hair, wearing sunglasses, a black sleeveless shirt, black pants, and white shoes, is walking on a dirt trail in a hilly, coastal landscape with green bushes, rolling hills, and the ocean in the background under a clear blue sky.

With a deep commitment to improving health outcomes and a strong instinct for unmet consumer needs, Diana Salha is building Cosnetix at the intersection of biology, technology, and consumer health. She is driven by the belief that skincare should move beyond trial and error, and that people deserve clearer, more trustworthy answers about what will actually work for their skin.

Diana brings a background spanning biomedical research, public health, digital health, and early-stage venture. Before founding Cosnetix, she conducted research at UCSF in neurosurgery and glioblastoma biology, contributed to public health and digital health research at Texas A&M, worked in project management at a startup, and served as a Venture Capital Fellow at Heuristic Capital. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in translating scientific ideas into products, pilots, and companies with real-world potential.

As CEO, Diana has led Cosnetix from early concept through product development, partnerships, pitch competitions, and fundraising. She is especially focused on turning complex biological data into a consumer experience that feels intuitive, credible, and meaningfully useful.
