First, download your raw data
Exporting takes a few minutes and does not affect your account.
From 23andMe
Sign in at 23andme.com, open Settings, and scroll to 23andMe Data. Request the raw data download and confirm the email they send.
From Ancestry
Sign in at ancestry.com, open DNA Settings, and choose Download Raw DNA Data, then confirm through the email link.
From LivingDNA
Sign in to your LivingDNA profile and request your raw data download from your settings.
Then, upload it in the app
Open your profile
Open the Profile tab and find Your Personalization Modules.
Choose DNA upload
Select the DNA option and pick the file from your provider.
